Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is available to all individuals worldwide, subject to local laws and regulations.
  • Individuals aged 18 years or over are allowed to enroll the Program as Main Members.
  • Individuals aged starting from 02 years can enroll to the Program as Family members subject to the terms and conditions to become a member,  you may fill in an application form which is available at all EGYPTAIR's Sales offices and travel agents ,
    Moreover, an electronic application form is available on EGYPTAIR’s plus website: www.egyptairplus.com
  • The card is personal and benefits are valid for the card holder only.
  • After applying for EGYPTAIR Plus account via the website, customer should ensure to save the membership account number
    shown on the screen after submitting the application form.
  • Customer should use his EGYPTAIR Plus membership number while making his booking on EGYPTAIR/Star Alliance Carriers
    after enrollment whether at EGYPTAIR sales offices/travel agents or via the internet as well as the check-in counters at the airport.
  • EGYPTAIR has the right to amend the enrollment terms and conditions at any time.
  • Every individual is entitled to only one membership with one account. In case of duplicate accounts,
    EGYPTAIR has the right to cancel the duplicate accounts and keep only one account for the member,
     and that will be according to EGYPTAIR'S own discretion.
  • With respect to EGYPTAIR’s use of personal data within the EGYPTAIR Plus Programme information can be found in the EGYPTAIR Privacy Policy
  • In case of the member misuse, misrepresentation and contravention of membership terms and conditions,
     EGYPTAIR has the right to terminate his membership, with loss of all accrued awards and privileges.
     If necessary, legal proceedings will be taken.
  • Membership and accounts cannot under any circumstances be transferred to anyone else.
     In case of death the Membership will be terminated automatically.
  • Members have the right to terminate their membership by sending a written notice to
     Marketing Programs Department. Membership cards should be delivered to the nearest EGYPTAIR'S Sales Office.
  • In the event of loss, theft or damage of the membership card, the member should notify
    Marketing Programs Department immediately in writing to take the necessary actions and reissue a duplicate Card
    against re-issuance fees that will be deducted from the member’s account, usually it takes4 weeks till the duplicate card reach the member ,
     Any deserved miles that the member deserves due to his travel onboard EGYPTAIR/Star Alliance flights will not be credited to his account
    until he receives the duplicate membership card and submit Retro Claim requesting these miles attached with the required documents in this respect.
  • EGYPTAIR PLUS reserve it’s rights to push notification Emails to its valued customers informing them with important information
    regarding its rules and regulation even though the customer requested not to receive normal Emails from EGYPTAIR PLUS
