    • 1. How should I Fill EGYPTAIR Plus Application Form?

      Visit egyptairplus.com to complete and submit the application form.
      Make sure your First, Middle and Surname name to be written exactly as it appears on your passport, as well as your ticketed name.

      Your EGYPTAIR Plus Blue Membership Card will be sent after achieving 5,000 Tier Miles or 6 sectors.

  • 2- Accessing My Profile

    • 1. How can I access my EGYPTAIR Plus account via the website?

      Visit egyptairplus.com using your Membership account number and PIN code (Personal Identification Number)
      to check and update your EGYPTAIR Plus account. For more info, Click here 

    • 2. How can I create a Pin code?

      While filling the application form via our website, you will be asked to create four digit numbers as a Pin code.

    • 3. I forgot my EGYPTAIR plus Pin code, how can I reset it?

      To reset your Pin Code, select “Forget Pin Code’ from EGYPTAIR Plus home page, then an email will be generated automatically with the New PIN Code.
      If you do not have an e-mail address registered in your account, contact EGYPTAIR Plus Customer Service (customeraff@egyptair.com).

    • 4. I forgot my EGYPTAIR plus Membership Number, how can I retrieve it?

      To retrieve your Membership Number ,select “Forgot Membership Number “from EGYPTAIR Plus home page ,then fill in “Retrieve Member ID” information ,

      To unlock your EGYPTAIR Plus account, please send an Email to EGYPTAIR Plus Customer Service (customeraff@egyptair.com) mentioning your Membership number.

    • 6. How can I update my profile name?

      To update your name on your EGYPTAIR Plus profile, Scan and Send a copy of a legal document (passport) to customeraff@egyptair.com

    • 7. How can I check my EGYPTAIR Plus account activity?

  • 3- Family Membership

    • 1. Can I add my family members to my account?

      Yes, you can add up to 5 first degree family members.

      Each family member will have a separate Blue membership account.

      100% of the earned Miles eligible for the Blue Level will be credited to main membership account subject to the distance traveled and the class of service.

      Age of accompanying members should not be less than 2 years old.

    • 2. Can I change one of my family Members?

      Yes, you can change your family members against 1000 Miles deducted from the main member’s account per each transaction.

  • 4- Membership Levels

    • 1. How many different Card Levels does the EGYPTAIR Plus Program offer?

      There are Five Card Levels in the EGYPTAIR Plus Program. Respectively: Blue, Silver, Gold, Elite and Platinum. For more info, Click here

    • 2. What is the validity of the Membership Levels?

      • Blue Tier Level is the first card level and has no membership validity.
      • Silver & Gold Tier Levels are valid for 2 years from Upgrade or Renewal date.
      • Elite Tier Level is valid for 3 years from Upgrade or Renewal date.
      • Platinum Tier Level is valid 5 years from Upgrade or Renewal date.

    • 3.How many Miles do I need to upgrade my membership level?

      • For Silver Tier, you need to accumulate a total of 30,000 Tier Miles earned from EGYPTAIR flights or Star Alliance flights.
      • For Gold Tier, you need to accumulate a total of 30,000 Tier Miles after the Silver level earned from EGYPTAIR flights or Star Alliance flights.
      • For Elite Tier, you need to accumulate a total of 300,000 Tier Miles after the Gold level earned from EGYPTAIR flights or Star Alliance flights.
      • For Platinum Tier, you need to accumulate a total of 600,000 Tier Miles after the Elite level earned from EGYPTAIR flights or Star Alliance flights.

    • 4. How can I maintain my Tier Level?

      •  To maintain the Silver Tier Level, you should accumulate 15,000 tier miles or 16 sectors within the evaluation period of 2 years.
      • To maintain the Gold Tier Level, you should accumulate 40,000 tier miles or 36 sectors within the evaluation period of 2 years.
      •  To maintain the Elite Tier Level, you should accumulate 400,000 tier miles or 200 sectors within the evaluation period of 3 years.
      •  To maintain the Platinum Tier Level, you should accumulate 800,000 tier miles within the evaluation period of 5 years.

  • 5- Membership Card

    • 1. How can I obtain My Digital Card?

      You can obtain your digital card through downloading EGYPTAIR Mobile Application.

    • 2. How will I receive my EGYPTAIR Plus card?

      Your EGYPTAIR Plus membership card will be sent to your registered address.

      If you are resident in EGYPT, EGYPTAIR Plus Membership Card will be sent to your mailing address directly through our courier company.

      If you are resident outside EGYPT, EGYPTAIR Plus Membership card will be sent to nearest EGYPTAIR Sales Office to arrange delivering the card.

      You can use the digital card through EGYPTAIR Mobile Application till you receive Your Physical Membership Card.

    • 3. I lost my EGYPTAIR Plus card, how can I request for a new one?

      You can send a request to customeraff@egyptair.com including your approval for the fees deduction.

      For Blue & Silver tier cards reissue fees are 500 miles.

      For Gold, Elite & Platinum tier cards reissue fees are 2000 miles.

    • 4. If I have more than one EGYPTAIR Plus account, can I merge the balances to just one account?

      Yes, you can merge both accounts, as the program terms & conditions allows each member to hold one valid account only.

  • 6- Earn miles

    • 1. How can I earn miles?

      You can earn miles by flying on EGYPTAIR or Star Alliance flights.

      Make sure to register your membership number at reservation as well as check-in counter, for your miles to be automatically earned.

      You can also earn Miles through our program partners (e.g: CIB-EGYPTAIR Miles everywhere credit card…etc.)

    • 2. What is the meaning of “Award Miles” and “Tier Miles”?

      “Award Miles” are the Miles earned from your Flown Flights, Program Partners, purchased miles and Extra bonus miles, these miles are used to issue Reward tickets, Reward Upgrades and excess baggage.

      “Tier Miles” are the Miles earned from your Flown Flights only, these miles are used to upgrade/maintain your membership Tier level.

    • 3. Are there Flights not eligible to earn miles?

      Yes, there are flights not eligible to earn miles as mentioned below

      • Code Share flights with Non Star Carrier.
      • All Flights before joining date.
      • Charter flights.
    • 4. What is a Code Share Flight? Do I earn miles on Code Share Flights?

      A code share is an aviation business arrangement where two or more airlines share the same flight.

      It allows greater access to cities through a given airline’s network without having to offer extra flights, and makes connections simpler by allowing single bookings across multiple planes.

      Under a code sharing agreement, the airline that actually operates the flight is called the “Operating Carrier”.

      While The company or companies that sell tickets for that flight but do not actually operate it are called “Marketing Carriers”.

      Mileage accrual is permitted on codeshare flights operated by Star Alliance Member Carriers.

    • 5. Are there tickets/classes not eligible to earn miles?

      Yes, there are tickets/classes not eligible to earn miles as mentioned below

      •  Reward Tickets & Upgrades.
      •  Discounted Tickets (AD, ID, DG, DM or OD) for Domestic & International Routes.
      •  Infant Tickets.
      •  Some Discounted Economy Class fares on Star Alliance Member Carriers. To check each carrier eligible classes, Click here
    • 6. Can I transfer My Miles to any other Star Alliance Partners Loyalty Programs?

      No, EGYPTAIR and all other Star Alliance Partners have their own independent Frequent Flyer Program.

    • 7. When do my miles expire?

      The miles earned are valid for 36 months as of the earning date.

  • 7- Claiming Missing Miles

    • 1.Why are miles not being automatically credited to my account?

      Miles are not being automatically credited due to

      •  Not providing EGYPTAIR PLUS Card number at the time of reservation.
      •  Mismatch between the Name written in Member Account and the Name in Passport.
      •  Mismatch between the Name written in Member Account and the Name on the ticket.

      To ensure that the mileage is added automatically, you are kindly requested to

      • Update your Profile Data to be same as Passport Data to receive automatic mileage credit for your flights and avoid Name Mismatch error. (To update your profile name, Please send a copy of a legal document (passport) to customeraff@egyptair.com)
      • To receive automatic mileage credit for your flights, please remember to quote your EGYPTAIR Plus membership number while making reservation and during check-in.
      •  Make sure your EGYPTAIR Plus membership number is printed on your boarding-pass.
    • 2. How can I claim My Missing Miles?

      Visit egyptairplus.com to access your account, choose “Adding Missing Miles “from the menu, then insert your ticket information
      (flight number, flight date, flight class, departure / arrival and the ticket number).

      Submit your retro claim request minimum of 07 days and maximum of 12 months from the date of travel
      (OR 6 months for missing flights on AIR China – Air New Zealand – Singapore Airlines – Thai Airlines.)

  • 8- Redeeming Award Miles

    • 1. How can I redeem my miles?

      You can redeem your miles against issuing a Reward Ticket/ Reward Upgrade/Excess Baggage either online through www.egyptair.com or directly with EGYPTAIR Worldwide sales offices/General Sales Agent (GSA)/EGYPTAIR Call Center.

    • 2. What is the validity of my reward tickets?

      Reward ticket is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

    • 1. Can I purchase Award miles in order to issue a Reward Ticket/Reward Upgrade/ Excess Baggage?

      Yes, you can purchase minimum of 1000 award miles and maximum of 20,000 award miles to issue a Reward Ticket/ Reward Upgrade/Excess Baggage, directly from EGYPTAIR Worldwide sales offices/General Sales Agent (GSA)/EGYPTAIR Call Center.

    • 2. Can I transfer Award miles to another member?

      Yes, only Gold, Elite & Platinum members can transfer a minimum of 5000 Award Miles and maximum of 50 ,000 Award Miles per calendar year for any other member.

    • 3. How can I transfer my Award miles?

      You can transfer your award miles by sending an email to EGYPTAIR Plus customer service (customeraff@egyptair.com) from your register email.

  • 10- Purchasing & Transferring Tier miles

    • 1. Can I purchase Tier Miles to Maintain My Level?

      Yes, Elite members can purchase Maximum of 5,000 Tier Miles and Platinum members can purchase Maximum of 10,000 Tier Miles for 200 USD / 1000 miles, prior evaluation by 2 months, directly from EGYPTAIR Worldwide sales offices/General Sales Agent (GSA)/EGYPTAIR Call Center.

    • 2. Can I transfer Tier miles to another member?

      Yes, Elite members have the Ability to transfer up to 30,000 Tier miles (non-refundable) once per every evaluation period to gift a Silver Membership after achieving the required retaining miles.

      Platinum members have the Ability to transfer up to 60,000 Tier miles (non-refundable) once per every evaluation period to gift a Gold Membership after achieving the required retaining miles.

    • 3. How can I transfer my Tier miles?

      You can transfer your Tier miles by sending an email to EGYPTAIR Plus customer service (customeraff@egyptair.com) from your register email.

    • 1. What's CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card?

      CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card is the co-brand credit card between EGYPTAIR Plus and CIB Bank.

      CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere allows you to earn miles upon every transaction you make inside or outside EGYPT using this credit card.

      CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere allows you to redeem these earned miles through EGYPTAIR Plus activities.

    • 2. How can I apply for CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card?

      You can apply for CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card by visiting the nearest CIB branch.

      If you are an EGYPTAIR Plus member, ensure adding your EGYPTAIR Plus card number to the credit card application form upon applying for the CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card to avoid double membership.

      If you are NOT an EGYPTAIR Plus member, an EGYPTAIR Plus account number will be generated automatically upon applying for CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card.

    • 3.When can I get the welcome bonus miles?

      The welcome bonus miles will be added to your account once you activate your credit card by making your first retail transaction inside or outside EGYPT during the first three months from the date of issuing the card.

    • 4. When do miles from my transactions will be reflected on my EGYPTAIR Plus account?

      Miles from your retail transactions done with your CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card are reflected on your EGYPTAIR Plus account within 4 weeks from the bank statement closing date. (which means that they are reflected within the next month of the transaction date)

      e.g: miles from retail transactions done on January will be reflected on your EGYPTAIR Plus account within February.

      N.B: To check your Transactions, visit www.egyptairplus.com using your membership account number and your pin code, Select Account Activities, your retail transaction miles will be defined as “SPEND”, and the welcome bonus miles will be defined as "WELCOME" in your activity list.

    • 5. What are the Benefits of my CIB-EGYPTAIR Mileseverywhere credit card?

      • Titanium/Platinum card holders are entitled to 25% discount on the redemption rate on EGYPTAIR Flights only.
      •  Titanium/Platinum card holders are entitled to priority Check-in at Business Class Counters on EGYPTAIR Flights only.
