EGYPTAIR Plus is the Frequent Flyer Program of EGYPTAIR Airlines. EGYPTAIR Plus Program Members can earn miles by flying on EGYPTAIR Airlines and other Star Alliance member airlines, by staying at the program partner hotels, through the services of our partner car rental companies. Once enough miles are accumulated, they can be redeemed for reward tickets on EGYPTAIR Airlines and other Star Alliance member airlines flights and upgrades on EGYPTAIR Airlines flights.
Your first name and family name must be written exactly as it appears on your passport as well as your Ticket. You need to complete and submit the application form. In doing so, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the EGYPTAIR Plus Program..
Your EGYPTAIR Plus membership card will be sent to your address. You can use your membership number until you receive your membership card.
If you are resident in Cairo, EGYPTAIR Plus Membership Card will be sent to your mailing address directly through our courier company. If you are resident outside Cairo, EGYPTAIR Plus Membership card will be sent to nearest EGYPTAIR Sales Office to arrange delivering the card..
There are four card types in the EGYPTAIR Plus Program. Respectively: Blue, Silver, Golden and Platinum..
Blue Card is the first card level without an expiration date; however, Silver and Golden cards are valid for two years. For the tier card renewal, the flown miles you collect within 2 years of the membership. Your tier card level will be renewed in case you collect the required miles..

o Priority Baggage Handling - like you, your bags get priority treatment and are among the first to be unloaded.
o Extra Baggage Allowance - an additional 20kg or one additional piece of luggage (on transatlantic flights) which means you can check in three bags instead of two.
o Priority Boarding - enjoy the freedom of boarding at your convenience along with First and Business Class passengers.
o Airport Lounge Access - Star Alliance Gold card holders and one guest, have access to any lounge around the world that is identified with a Star Alliance Gold lounge sign when departing on a Star Alliance flight, no matter which class of service they travel in. Just look for the Star Alliance Gold sign outside the lounge and present the ticket for your same day Star Alliance flight, your boarding pass and your frequent flyer Program card featuring the Star Alliance Gold logo. Guests must enter the lounges with an eligible Star Alliance Gold member and must depart on a Star Alliance member airline, but may travel on a different flight.

Simply click on the “Log-in” button from the home page and type your EGYPTAIR Plus membership number and your valid Pin code.
You must have a Pin code to access your personal account information on EGYPTAIR Plus web site. Pin code is a four-digit number.
A Pin code (Personal Identification Number) is required in order to access your EGYPTAIR Plus account via our website. It is also required to update your personal information such as your address, phone-fax numbers and e-mail address and to claim your missing flights via our web site.
Don't have a Pin code: If you Don't have a Pin code yet, you may create a new PIN online provided you have a valid e-mail address stored in your profile. If you do not have an e-mail address registered, please send us your e-mail address or call our EGYPTAIR Plus Department mentioning your EGYPTAIR Plus membership number.
If you try to be a member via our web site, the system will allow you to create a four digit number as a Pin code. When you are filling out the application form through our web site, you should confirm your Pin code by entering it twice.
If you join the Program through paper application form, the system will generate automatically a 4 digit Pin code.
To reset your Pin code, you have to provide a valid e-mail address stored in your profile. If you do not have an e-mail address registered, please send us your e-mail address mentioning your EGYPTAIR Plus membership number to reset your Pin code.
To change the name on your EGYPTAIR Plus card, we ask that you send us a copy of a legal document (passport) that reflects the correct name.
Name on account will be corrected by deducting 500 Miles. Send your request via e-mail to customeraff@egyptair.com.
If your name, e-mail address as well as mailing address are identical on both account, you may request to merge together with the copy of your valid ID , by sending e-mail to customeraff@egyptair.com.

Bonus Miles are the miles that you earn from the Program partner hotels, car rental companies and through the Programs offers. Status miles are the miles that you earn on EGYPTAIR and other Star Alliance member airlines flights. Total Miles are the sum of status miles and bonus miles. Miles since enrollment are the miles you have earned since your membership effective date. .
You cannot collect miles on charter or award flights nor on flights operated by non star partner airline.
a code share flights are a common form of cooperation among airlines: One airline operates a flight with its aircraft, whereas the flight is published in timetables and independently sold under the airline designators of the operating airline and of its cooperation partner..
Members earn miles on all flights operated by EGYPTAIR and other Star Alliance member airlines and the related miles earned will be considered as Status miles.
No miles will be earned from the a code share flights which are operated by non-partner airlines. You can use award tickets on flights operated either by EGYPTAIR or by other Star Alliance Carriers. 
You can not redeem your miles on a code share flights that are not operated by EGYPTAIR or a Star Alliance Carrier..
To receive automatic mileage credit, the name on your EGYPTAIR Plus account needs to match the name on your ticket. It is recommended that you have your tickets issued under the name as appears on your EGYPTAIR Plus profile..
Simply access your account to enter your flight number, flight date, flight class, departure / arrival and the ticket number. Please be advised the registration of some flights can take longer according to the route flown as the flight and ticket information has to be verified..
Please scan E-ticket and boarding passes. Your claim for missing star flights will be credited to your account as soon as we get the necessary confirmation from the related airline. Please allow a minimum of 14 days from the transaction. Any request for mileage not credited to your account must be registered within 12 months as of the activity date for all star carriers except Continental within 6 months only from the activity date..
The miles earned are valid for 36 months as of the earning date.
You can purchase minimum of 1000 miles and maximum of 10000 miles to issue a reward ticket. In order to issue the reward,

Reward tickets should be issued as soon as the reservation is confirmed. Ticketing time limit rules apply..
The necessary amount of miles must be present in a member's account. Reservation must be made confirmed and booked in reward reservation class. No wait list is permitted. 
A reward request form together with the copies of EGYPTAIR Plus membership card and ID must be handed over to the EGYPTAIR Sales Office for the issuance of the award tickets..
Reward tickets can be picked up from any EGYPTAIR sales office upon presentation of a valid identification card. .
Reward tickets are valid for one year as of the ticket issue date..

You are required to have a valid and paid Economy Class ticket eligible for mileage accrual with confirmed reservation to get yourself upgraded to Business Class only on EGYPTAIR operated flights, provided that seat is available. Please remember that it is important and necessary to have your upgrade stated on your ticket..
Reservation for upgrades can be made through EGYPTAIR Sales Offices upon presenting your membership card and your paid tickets..
You can not transfer miles between accounts neither within the same Program nor with different Programs..
You can add up to 5 first degree family members,
Each family member will have a separate membership number however miles will be credited to main membership account. Age of accompanying members should not be less than 2 years old..
Miles are credited to the main member’s account as 100% of the earned Miles eligible for the Blue Level subject to the distance traveled and the class of service..
You can change family members against 1000 Miles will be deducted from the main member’s account against every modified name in your family membership providing that this modification is done in one transaction, once during the year..
