The Star Alliance Gold Benefits

When your account reaches a total of 60,000 miles earned from EGYPTAIR flights, or Star Alliance member flights your level will be upgraded to the Golden level that will enable you to make use of the following privileges:

  • Priority Reservations Waitlisting1

  • Priority Airport Standby 1
  • Priority Airport Check-in allows you to check–in through business class counter (out stations) or special frequent flyer counters at Cairo TB3
  • Priority Baggage Handling
  • Extra Baggage Allowance - an additional 20kg or one additional piece( Applies on piece concept destinations)
  • Priority Boarding2
  • Airport Lounge Access - available worldwide for you and a friend when you travel with any Star Alliance member airline, regardless of your class of travel.3

The Star Alliance Silver Benefits


When your account reaches a total of 30,000 miles earned from EGYPTAIR flights, or Star Alliance member flight, your level will be upgraded to the Silver level that will enable you to make use of the following privileges:

  • Priority Reservations Waitlisting.1
  • Priority Airport Standby 1
